How To Change An Aims Password Using A Mobile Device

  • Open your mobile browser of choice
    • Go to aims.okta.com
  • Enter your username and tap next

  • Enter your current password and tap verify

  • Tap send push. This will send a push to your OKTA verification method. If you're using the same phone do not close the browser, instead just accept the notification. If an additional prompt is needed (such as what number is displayed on the screen) make sure you switch over to the OKTA app without closing your browser session as you will need to restart the process if you close the browser app. You can also enter a code generated by the OKTA app if you don't get push notifications.

  • Once signed it tap on your name in the corner.

  • Tap settings

  • Scroll down until you see Change Password. Follow the password requirements. When you have your password entered tap Change Password. If you're changing your password for security reasons, such as having clicked on a suspicious link and entering your Aims login, then check the "Sign me out of all other devices".

Your Aims password is now updated.
