How to Access a Delegated Email Account

This article explains how to access delegated email accounts accessed through Gmail or through Okta.

Delegated Accounts Through Gmail

1. In any computer web browser, navigate to https://aims.okta.com.

2. Click on the Google Workspace Mail tile associated with your Aims email.

3. Click on the Aims logo in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

4. Select the shared account. It will open in a new tab.

Delegated Accounts Through Okta

1. In any computer web browser, navigate to https://aims.okta.com.

2.  Click on the Google Workspace Mail, Calendar, or Drive tile associated with the shared account (if newly assigned, it will be at the bottom of your dashboard).
